Propeller Anime and DING! are excited to announce that we will party hard for a good cause! On Friday, December 5th, we will be hosting a holiday charity party to benefit the children of One Hope United! And we'll be doing it at Bikkuri Lounge, located at 1919 E. Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL!
We will have an awesome party with live dance music, video games, cosplay, and more! But we need YOUR help to make it even better. We are asking for a kid-appropriate donation or $5 for admission,
Please bring any toys, blankets, stuffed animals, books, graphic novels, and board games you have! It can be opened or new! Just make sure what you are donating is kid-appropriate and in good condition! All donations and profits from this party will go to One Hope United!
One Hope United protects vulnerable children from child abuse or neglect, strengthens their families, and prepares children for a prosperous future. They are an accredited, not-for-profit human service organization that provides a diverse array of high-quality prevention, intervention, counseling and child development programs.
Bikkuri Lounge is a nerd's paradise with the best in Japanese cuisine including sushi and sake, and a full bar with drink specials such as 2 for 1 beers and $3.00 wells until midnight!
Propeller Anime's Ding'n Holiday Charity for One Hope United!
This weekend, the latest movie from Studio Ghibli and final film of the legendary Hayao Miyazaki, The Wind Rises, plays in theaters throughout the nation this weekend. And would you look at that: Orlando's getting it!
We're going.
If that doesn't work for you, we urge you to see the movie this weekend at another time if possible. Anime rarely gets played in theaters and there are so many more times Kent can wear a dress!
Speaking of Kent, his otaku expiration hits this weekend and we'll be celebrating his impending doom Saturday night at Bikkuri Lounge, located at 1919 E. Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL. You know, the same place we've had Anime Nite Orlando for the past year. (Except it's called DING! this time.)

The party is FREE to attend. There will be videogames including some golden age fighters and retro classics. Flail your body wildly to crazy 80s/90s dance music with videogame remixes and other weirdness thrown in. We'll even have a pinata to smash! Plus drink specials at the bar and delicious Japanese cuisine available for order across the hall.
Kent wants to see you there. As he enters old age, please make him feel special. He also likes whiskey.
